DO YOU KNOW THE WAY . . . .

. . . to San Jose, or is that Sonoma?  My mommy and daddy didn't leave me enough money to fly, but I haven't heard a "woo-woo", and no bus is in sight.

Oh well, if someone will just point me in the right direction, I believe my sandals and my staff will get me there.  I hope it doesn't take 40 years.  I want Mommy and Daddy to know the joys of college tuition and car insurance payments.

Putty says dog paddling will be quicker than walking, and a whole lot cooler.

Gee, being at Putty and Nana's isn't so bad.  Guess I'll just stay here since Putty needs lots of help with his chores.  I can feed the birds today, and maybe he'll let me mow the lawn tomorrow.

When the chores are finished tomorrow, Putty says we may get to go shopping if the money tree grows from all this watering and fertilizing.

  1. Gee, Walt, we wish we were there at Putty and Nana's. When you get a little older, Putty might let you help him make the special birdseed mixture. It looks like your having a blast with your grandparent's this weekend. We're in your part of the state trying to train Abbey's mom and dad how to be grandparents one day. We're teaching them, "Buy us everything we want".
