"I'm tired of you taking all of these pictures of me. I know I'm cute, but I'm trying to keep a low profile. I'm serious. Don't make me call my trained attack dog . . .
I love the authority in your voice when you train your attack dog--you command such respect. I miss you and love you, Walt. I hope you've been putting your running shoes to good use training to run in the marathon with Dad in a few weeks in Chicago. I thought maybe there was one less wrinkle in your ankles in these pictures.
HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO WALT! You're surely not 8 months old, are you? Time has flown since that wonderful (but fast) drive to Memphis January 14, 2005. Nana and Putty are looking forward to many, many more months of fun and fantastic joy just like the first eight months. We'll leave it up to Mommy and Daddy to de-program you--the code is our secret--right, Walt!
Happy 8-months sweet Walt!! Puppy wants to know when she can come over, so you can train her to be an attack-dog too. Or any kind of dog! Last week the plumber let himself in the house with the spare key and she didn't even lift up her head!!! Love you bunches, H,R and P
Happy Birthday Walt! Are you sure you are only 8 months old? In that plaid shirt you look like you are about 7 (years)! I agree with Nana...time has really flown by since that flying trip to Memphis in Jan. How could one little guy bring such joy and new meaning to our lives? We are blessed beyond measure by you and Collier! We love you!!!

He'll be crawling in no time now that he needs to be able to grab that scarf and shake it for Ms. Evie.
