ReplyDeleteOur favorite summer vacation destination is going to the United States, but this year we'll be going to our second favorite destination: France! It will be hard on Anouk, because she'll miss Puppy so much (and Harriet and Richard of course!)
To escape my 30th birthday we'll go to Paris (Disneyland)! What will you be doing on your 30th birthday, Ginger! It's coming up soon!

I have come to love the Bahamas, but I'm betting Nana and Putty are going to say Memphis, TN. And who can blame them? That is the most adorable baby boy! Give him a kiss for us, and ya'll have fun at the beach. Be sure to protect that baby skin from the sun.

Actually, five months ago, Memphis would have been the farthest thing from my mind when thinking of vacation since Elvis is no longer there. Of course, now it seems like vacation heaven with Walt having graced it with his presence! If I could go anywhere, though, I think I'd like to go somewhere in the Blue Ridge Mountains for a solid week, preferably during a full moon--there's nowhere prettier to me.

Shamefully, I do not post enough. I do lurk and seeing more and more pics of Walt's big smile keeps bringing me back. As for a vacation spot... even time for a vacation in my mind would be nice these days so I would not be picky.
ReplyDeleteI agree with my wife. Time for a vacation would be wonderful! Although, I do plan to go to Destin in August for a bachelor party. Is Destin a vacation when you live this close?
