Walt had another big first today . . . his first Grizzlies game!! Some friends generously shared their tickets for the 1:00 game against Golden State this afternoon, and Walt got to have his very first NBA experience. He slept through most of the first quarter in the Baby Bjorn on Daddy's chest. During the second half, however, he was alert and keeping a close eye on the group of school kids sitting behind us. Fortunately, the Grizz pulled out a win thanks to a shot by the Warriors that fell short at the buzzer. Walt was very relieved!

i can't believe walt got to an NBA game before i did. there is something wrong about that, but i am glad he enjoyed himself. miss him lots and i might have to quit my job if i don't get off that weekend in april to babysit. i requested it so i guess we will see. kiss him for me. miss you all.

ReplyDeleteI cannot believe you did not have better seats than shown in the pic; I'm kidding, I did read on where you moved on down. I am really enjoying watching Walt grow up, and boy, am I having fun w/Putty!!!
