OK. It's my first post in a while, and I'm short on titles. 'Guts' because . . . well . . . isn't it obvious? And 'Nuts' because I'm nuts for this little guy. Isn't he the cutest, fattest baby ever? I got to feed him tonight, and then we admired his gigantic belly. Of course, anytime we get a pose that could be remotely embarrassing in a few years, we take a picture. With the second photo, we will be able to remind him that he could do this with his feet. I certainly can't do it, and Ginger can but won't let me take a picture of it.
PS-Walt has sworn off naps. He came to visit me at work today with the hope that the trip to the office would put him to sleep. It didn't, but a few minutes listening to the attorneys in the office sure did. He woke up on the way home.
Wow Walt! Donelap Disease must run in the family. That's quite a gut your growing!
ReplyDeleteLove you and can't wait to see you this weekend.
Well, Precious, do Nana and Putty need to come to Memphis to buy you some bigger shirts? I believe you've had a sudden burst of growth, but more than that, I can't believe how much you are your daddy's son--not with the big belly, but you are definitely a chip off the ol' block in that next picture. For the first time positively, I see you looking exactly like your daddy. Maybe it's because you're getting older or then again maybe it's because I think I've seen him clap his feet together--though not recently!!!! The smile you have in the first picture is the same smile Dad has in the second one, and who can wonder why he's nuts over you--you're the most beautiful baby ever born--he's only just begun to know the joy you're going to bring to him and Mommy!
ReplyDeleteI love you and hope you have a very Happy Easter as you visit with Harriet, Richard, and all your relatives in Murray. Don't give away all Nana's kisses!
