Our first trip to the pool was a mild success, I'd say. At first, the cold water was quite a shock and we could only put our feet in, but after he got used to being submerged in cool water instead of a nice, warm bathtub, he was okay with it and even kicked a little bit. Jordan, the little goggle-clad girl in the pool, was helpful enough to show him some tricks like falling backwards off the step and jumping off the side. And apparently she can also stay underwater for fifteen hours, but didn't feel the need to prove it.
