You will all be happy to hear that, so far (knock on wood), Walt's parents have not let him get sunburned. Which is, of course, more than we can say for his daddy. Walt is currently relaxing under the beach umbrella with Gram and Mommy while Daddy takes a break from the rays.
Walt had his first real encounter with the surf today, and he was less than thrilled but not completely opposed to the idea. It may take time. I guess there was never any hope of him becoming a world-class surfer anyway. He went back to the pool and did seem to like that better. Calmer water I guess.
As they say, the weather is great, wish you were here.

If you won't let us comment about the fashion decisions you just take all of the fun out of the whole website. just kidding. I actually like the shorts and the hat is great! I am so incredibly jealous about all of the fun you are having I have to limit site checks!! Have a safe rest of your trip and a great time!

ReplyDeleteWell, I must comment on the shorts because I think they look great, but like Kate, I'm amazed at how well they match that hat, which is awesome also. Only your daddy or Putty, Walt, would go to the beach and make such a fashion statement. I do like the outfit, but what I like even more are the fatfolds in Walt's knees. They're so precious.

Mark wants to know if daddy is donating his time to help Mr. Ford since he's broke?? Of course it's a day early, but I must wish you a happy 5! Can't believe it.
